The DSI Strategic Planning and Coaching Process

The Process

For Corporate Clients

We have worked with a number of Corporate Clients; Broker/Dealers, RIAs and Back-office support organization and Insurance Agencies, on strategic planning, development and implementation of integrated sales and marketing strategies. Along with the actual hiring, developing, managing and/or coaching of their professional sales staff.

A key was to allow them to focus on what they did best and outsource the sales/marketing to an experienced, professional- sales organization, like BLS and DSI. We have developed proven, time tested sales and marketing systems, along with the business planning process that get results and have grown organizations, teams and individuals alike.

We believe that the foundation for a successful results oriented company, team or individual start with the Business planning process, a process that will either start up or shore up organizations looking for growth.

The “foundation” or the strategic planning is extremely important, however, it does not lead to the end results without an implementation strategy or action plan to get the desired results. Not only do we help them build the foundation, but also work with them to implement the plan for results.

Workshop Outline: Typically, we will spend one day and walk through the framework to get the foundation in place.

Once the workshop has been completed, we will coach you through the design of the appropriate tactics; hold you accountable to those tactics and goals that you set at the team and individual level. Implementation accounts for over 90 percent of the success of the plan. You have the opportunity to work with experts that have combined experience of over 50 years of using this process and been successful in various industries. We also have additional marketing and sales tools and business solutions that we would be happy to discuss with you and how they might fit into the plan and implementation process.

Cost and Fees:
The workshop cost is $1,000 per person (some group discounts may apply based on number of participants in the workshop) plus any related expenses (i.e. travel, etc.) and $300 per month for coaching.  Most coaching engagement last for 12 months or more.


The Process

For Individual- Advisors and Agents

Helping the Advisor- Work on Their Business developing personalized strategies and implementing personalized tactical plans.  Strategey development is created with a focus is on the individual's primary aim, unique vision and plans for the business.  We also help identify key metrics and accountabilities.  The advisor benefits because they own the strategy.  It is tailored to who they are, the results they want to achieve, and how they want to operate the business.   Implementation tactics and action plans are created.  Our coach holds the advisor accountable for the commitments they have made to themselves and to others that they care about.

Cost and Fees: The cost of the workshop is $995, per manager or advisor, plus any related expenses (i.e. travel, ect.) and $300 per month for performance coaching.  Most with a recommended minimum 6 month commitment.  Group Coaching is available.
