CAPS™ is an acronym for Communication Awareness & Persuasion Skills.  It is a program developed by Bridgeway Learning Systems, Inc. to improve the communication and ethical persuasion skills of financial advisors and insurance professionals.  

Bridgeway was founded in 1985 to help financial advisors reach their productivity goals. We have trained thousands of financial advisors how to attract, serve and keep more clients without adding to fixed overhead or advisor workloads.

You now have a choice between either a live 1 ½ day live CAPS™ workshop or a 9 week virtual program that includes facilitator lead accountability and coaching calls. Participants describe both options as intensive, interactive and effective learning experiences that increase confidence and sales.

Yes.  CAPS™ training does not replace the advice process.  It has, however, it’s been described as “turbo-charging” the process and the FR’s natural strengths as a communicator.  During the live workshop and virtual coaching sessions  our facilitator explains and demonstrates how to use CAPS™ skills with the Thrivent advice process so the FR can make it work as well as it should.  

Yes as long as there are a minimum of 8 participants.  Contact us to discuss potential dates and location.

$775 per participant, which is a 40% discount from our normal pricing of $1,275 per participant.  Live workshops are conducted at a location of your choice.   They also require a minimum of 8 participants and reimbursement for our facilitator’s travel expenses.  A Virtual workshop tailored to your specific dates and held exclusively for your RFO requires a minimum of 4 participants.
